STIRIXIS Group creates the new retail concept for “Leto Nursery Stores. The aim of our cooperation is the holistic redesign of the stores, the implementation of the new concept in the new department store in Attica, Athens and the subsequent change of the other stores throughout Greece. Based on a pioneering detailed design on customer flow and experience, the main pillars of the strategy for the new concept are the creation of a warm, welcoming space that highlights the values of care and know-how of the brand to new parents and the easy navigation in the space. The new concept was awarded with the 5* Best Retail Interior Award in Greece.

Merck Greece, the leading science and technology company in healthcare, life science and performance materials, assigned STIRIXIS Group with redesigning and renovating their workplace to better reflect the company’s brand identity and values, as well as update it to a new work model.  As a result, Merck’s new offices were optimized, offering an upgraded experience and maximum functionality to their users. The project was awarded with the 5* Best Office Interior Award in Greece. All 3 floors of Merck’s HQ were redesigned and renovated to establish the new perspective and work model for the company’s premises, as well as reflect the company’s brand identity, enhance performance and boost engagement. We utilized that aesthetic approach to cultivate a welcoming and cozy environment for the renovated workspace.

The headquarters of Daikin Hellas, the multinational and leading manufacturer and supplier of HVAC-R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) equipment in Athens, were awarded with a standard award Office Interior in Greece. Taking all services into account under meticulous construction management, we developed a project concept and execution plan that considered Daikin’s requirements, delivering the project “turn-key” in its entirety. Strategic implementation was optimized to ensure business continuity throughout the project, from seamless construction management transition to value engineering and tendering. Daikin’s environmental graphics were developed on the concept of employees sharing all the things Daikin means to them, and imprinting those answers on the office’s walls, inspiring assurance as opposed to a corporate image.

Modern Oman Bakery, is the oldest bakery in Oman with a network of 17 stores across the country. Based on a newly revised strategy by STIRIXIS Group and its holistic approach, we developed an exciting branding and architectural concept inspired by the Omani identity of the Brand, while providing a distinctive ambience and creating a unique customer journey. The new concept was awarded with the 5* Best Retail Interior Design Award (ΟΜΑΝ) during the Red-Carpet Awards Presentation 7th of October 2021. The concept design has been applied to 3 stores already with impressive results as the roll-out throughout the network continues.

The International Property Awards are the most prestigious and widely recognized  design awards in the world, running for their 27^th year and covering 45 categories globally. The awards are being judged by an independent panel of over 100 experts, chaired by Lord Best, Lord Waverley and The Earl of Caithness.
