A success story in retail concept design!
After the first successful collaboration with “Leto Nursery Stores”, we were assigned the holistic redesign of its retail concept and its later application both to the new department store in Attica, Athens as well as concept roll out to the rest of the owned physical stores all over Greece.
“Leto” was founded in 1981 and is the chain with the most complete collection of baby products, children, and pregnancy items in Greece. The high quality and reliability of the products it offers to its customers as well as its experienced and specialized staff, has established the brand as the leader in this competitive industry. The chain currently has 19 department stores and one of the first and most successful e-shops in this market.
Based on a pioneering detailed design on customer flow and experience, the main pillars of the strategy for the new concept are the creation of a warm, welcoming space that highlights the values of care and know-how of the brand to new parents and easy navigation in the space.
At the same time, innovative technology elements, interactive screens and tablets enhance the customer experience, building the “phygital” status of the brand, while pick-up points have been strategically placed to support sales from the e-shop. Additionally, special features of the new concept are the impressive lighting, the biophilic elements, the interactive play and sitting areas for children for their entertainment during their parents’ store visit. The special environmental graphics created by STIRIXIS Group give a playful mood throughout the space as they are based on classic Greek baby songs, all of which consolidate the brand as the leader in its category.
STIRIXIS Group will support “Leto”, to further develop the most successful brand of baby and children’s products in Greece.
