We had the opportunity to design four distinct store concepts – immersive spaces that not only showcased Samsung’s innovative products but also provided an exceptional customer experience. Through our strategic and holistic approach, we transformed these stores into captivating destinations that aligned with Samsung’s brand identity and corporate objectives. Let’s delve into the highlights of our work in each of these stores.
The Projects
1. The Showroom: In the showroom, we faced the challenge of effectively presenting Samsung’s diverse product categories while captivating visitors’ attention and reflecting the brand’s innovative identity. We achieved this by dividing the space into different zones, each dedicated to specific product ranges. The thoughtful arrangement of products, combined with the overall design, created a relaxed and cozy atmosphere, reminiscent of home. By emphasizing Samsung’s dynamic brand identity, we ensured a unique visitor journey and high engagement.
2. The Service Centers: Samsung’s Service Centers underwent a significant transformation as part of their rebranding strategy. STIRIXIS Group created a minimal and neutral environment, instilling customer trust and aligning with the brand’s image. A central sitting area provided a welcoming space for clients, while tailor-made display furniture addressed repair and storage needs, as well as showcasing accessories. With impressive results in the initial 6 Service Centers, our design is set to roll out across the entire network, promising a truly wow-factor and a 5-star customer experience.
3. The Dixon Store: We designed a shop-in-shop concept called the Samsung Hub. This concept seamlessly integrated Samsung’s innovative technologies and products, creating a unique and futuristic experience. The layout featured distinct zones where visitors could thoroughly test mobiles, explore TV solutions, engage in gaming and fitness, and experience a simulated home of the future. The incorporation of curved lines, inspired by Samsung’s cutting-edge curved QLED technology, enhanced the overall ambiance and guided visitors through the different zones.
4. The Airport Lounge: AÂ project of exceptional specifications at a bustling airport with over 20 million annual visitors. Samsung, the world tech leader, entrusted us to create a touchpoint and brand experience that would captivate and engage travelers. With a focus on Samsung’s cutting-edge curved QLED technology, we designed a stand that seamlessly integrated the theme of “curvature” in every element, reflecting Samsung’s brand identity and prestige.
