DAIKIN Hellas: A Fresh Perspective on a Proven Concept.

In collaboration with DAIKIN Hellas, STIRIXIS Group revitalized the retail concept we originally introduced in 2016, extending its lifecycle with modern enhancements that reflect DAIKIN’s evolution over recent years. This concept refresh preserves the core principles that resonated with DAIKIN’s target audiences—professionals (B2B) and end customers (B2C)—while introducing elements that capture the brand’s advancements and commitment to energy-efficient technology.
Building upon a strong foundation, we incorporated innovative design details and interactive zones that create a memorable customer experience. The layout strategically uses sleek product displays and lighting to spotlight DAIKIN’s range, supported by interactive booths and informative digital displays. These elements allow visitors to seamlessly explore DAIKIN’s products and solutions, maximizing engagement through intuitive touchpoints like the “Sound Experience Booth” and “Multi-DHW Corner,” which enable immersive product interactions.
The store’s ambiance, accentuated by clean lines, soft lighting, and a carefully curated color scheme, fosters a relaxed and welcoming environment. Wooden details and natural light flow enhance the sense of warmth and sophistication, while discreet digital integrations support customer engagement without overwhelming the visual experience. Every component, from the reception desk to the product display panels, is designed to offer comfort and ease, aligning with the ergonomic principles of the refreshed concept.
This updated design not only reinforces DAIKIN’s brand identity but also showcases their commitment to innovation, making each visit a cohesive, interactive journey that reflects both DAIKIN’s growth and their enduring values.
