Perrigo is the world’s largest manufacturer of OTC healthcare products and supplier of infant formulas for the store brand market.
Designed to nurture collaboration and with a focus on user experience and well-being, Perrigo’s headquarters, were awarded with the 5* Best Office Interior in Romania
The project
STIRIXIS Group designed and managed at first the relocation of the Greek headquarters in 2016. That project won the international award “5-Star Best Office Space Interior Design” for Greece, at the European Property Awards 2016-2017.
After this huge success, STIRIXIS Group was also assigned Perrigo’s workplace in Bucharest and Sofia, where again concept strategy, concept design, branding and construction management were all seamlessly rendered by STIRIXIS Group.
Through our global expertise, we successfully created for Perrigo new workplaces that boost performance, enhance productivity through ensuring wellbeing, engagement and flexible, task-oriented areas. Leading major workplace trends and understanding business needs, we managed successfully the initial investment and, at the same time, reduced operational and maintenance costs.
Most importantly, the users characterized the new environment as “attractive and welcoming”, “encouraging creativity”, while offering a pleasant experience each time and “nurturing creativity”. Different areas of collaboration, teamwork, relaxation, social interaction but also privacy, help keeping them motivated, energized, and more productive than ever.
Natural light, lighting design, sound absorbing surfaces, and state-of-the-art air and temperature controls, ensure comfort and well-being of users. Colorful touches and distinctive branding promote the brand values and identity of Perrigo, while layout is designed to promote cross-functional collaboration.
