The awarded company trusted STIRIXIS Group for the 3rd time for the design of its new workplace and the creation of a vivid, modern, and above all truly engaging space. EZGreece designs and manages important events in the most exclusive places. With almost 30 years in the business, their award-winning team has the confidence and knowledge to create unique and memorable experiences for their clients.
The project
Open plan areas, divided in departments, are the approach for the workplace encouraging faster learning, better communication, and more ideas to be created. An increased face-to-face collaboration between employees of the office departments is achieved, while few closed offices and meeting points are strategically combined to maximize the functionality, allowing privacy whenever needed.
The reception desk, at the entrance, as well as the common areas, are designed to mix straight-lined modern office desks and colorful furniture, echoing the dynamism of the brand and its creative DNA.
The new offices are filled with environmental graphics creating a pleasant work environment that improves employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction. The pattern of the logo is used as the main theme, while motivational content emphasizing the company’s impressive performance and innovative character is placed at several surfaces.
The end result is the creation of modern and joyful offices that elicit professionalism, forward-thinking and employee’s engagement.
