STIRIXIS Group has a long-standing collaboration with the brand as it has already created 2 awarded projects, the fresh concept Samsung Hub at the Dixons South East Europe Kotsovolos Megastore as well as the B2B display showroom at Samsung Electronics Hellas HQs located in the northern suburb of Athens.
The project
After many years of a fruitful collaboration, Samsung Greece selected STIRIXIS Group to revamp their Service Centers, as part of their rebranding strategy. Adapting Samsung’s guidelines in formulating a concept that is already established yet improved upon, STIRIXIS transformed Samsung Service Centers into point-of-sales offering a 5-star customer experience and creating a truly wow-factor for every user and visitor.
A minimal and neutral environment is created to ensure customers’ trust while being consistent with the brand’s image. At the center of the store, a welcoming sitting area is placed, where clients can relax while waiting for the repair of their products. The display furniture is tailor-made, to respond to the needs of repair and storage space but also to address the display of accessories and the functionality requested.
The “new look” has been applied to 6 Samsung Service Centers already with impressive results as the roll-out throughout the network will continue.
