STIRIXIS Residential was asked to design and decorate the apartment, to cater the needs of a modern family living abroad until now, this floor apartment is located in the southern district of Athens, close to the sea and next to a lovely green hill, with a wonderful view of both.
The project consisted of a kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, living room design, kitchen design, bathroom design, while also bedroom design for all the family members. Apart from the apartment renovation, the whole interior decoration was also a result of the collaboration with the clients.
The proximity of the apartment to the sea and the bright sunny weather of the southern suburbs of Athens led us to emphasize these elements, natural light and the wonderful view in the design. Together with the elegant simplicity of life that one enjoys in the southern parts of Athens, they became the main thematic aspect of our design, making sure our bespoke design answered all the needs and wants of the family.
The Pure Elegance Apartment
The main area is open, spacious, and relaxing, and includes a living room and a dining room, separated by a low bespoke furniture piece, with the kitchen taking up the side corner.
By incorporating the cooking area at an “island counter” in the open kitchen we created an everyday center point around which everyone can enjoy the company of friends, even if they remain in the dining room or living room.
