STIRIXIS Group is looking for a MEP Designer.

The MEP Designer should cover the criteria below.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of design projects for company’s clients (predesign, design development for MEP design)
Support the Project Architects to adhere to project limitations (budgets, deadlines etc)
Support the corresponding Bill of Quantities and Budgets up to the design development phase
Collaborate with other team members on projects
Collaborate with suppliers and construction managers
Supervise as author project executions

Requirements:

BEng & MSc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
A variety of hands-on experience including simulation, troubleshooting, design, and operation of MEP utilities.
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English in both writing and speaking is a prerequisite
Proficiency with AutoCAD, 4Μ, AutoCAD MEP, MS office applications and other specialty-critical software, or the ability to learn those programs quickly.
Candidates must be detail oriented with good time management skills to meet time-induced deadlines.
Ability to adapt, multi-task, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with evolving changes in design requirements.
Additional languages, university degrees, knowledge of MS Project will be highly appreciated.
Perform mathematical calculations using engineering formulas and analysis tools.
Construction plans and specifications include Power, Lighting, HVAC, Fire Alarm and Communications as well as special systems (security, television, audio/visual, PA, etc.) and must meet appropriate design standards, project & client requirements.
