Workplace (R)evolution: Global Survey | STIRIXIS Group

Conducted by STIRIXIS Group’s research team in Q4 of 2020, our global survey is based on 450 replies, mostly from Europe and the Middle East, widely dispersed to cover different sizes of organizations, industries, and employment level of professionals.

The majority of the workforce is currently working remotely.  Large & service-oriented organizations have shifted to a remote working model at a faster pace, allowing more flexibility. Our research team’s conjecture suggests that office work will be reserved for higher positions in the future.    

COVID-19 has brought unprecedented human and humanitarian challenges. Many companies around the world have risen to the occasion, acting swiftly to safeguard employees and migrate to a new way of working that even the most extreme business-continuity plans hadn’t envisioned. Across industries, leaders will use the lessons from this large-scale work-from-home experiment to reimagine how work is done—and what role offices should play—in creative and bold ways.
