Superbrain is the managing entity behind three of the most prestigious networks in Romania, with extensive connections around the globe: CEO Clubs, Owners Club, and Executive Club. The company began its journey in 2012 with the founding of CEO Clubs in Romania, a non-profit organization that our President and CEO Alex Athanassoulas co-founded. This club is part of the largest business networking organization worldwide, CEO Clubs International, which boasts over 15,000 members. Today, CEO Clubs Romania consists of 147 members from 25 nationalities and across 14 industries, collectively managing more than 60,000 individuals.
Over the years, Superbrain expanded to include the Executive Club and the Owners Club. Owners Club brings together over 70 entrepreneurs from 14 different industries, providing an environment for strategic discussions, social events, and training sessions. Executive Club is dedicated to top management executives and early entrepreneurs, offering tools and knowledge for professional and personal growth through meaningful networking and learning opportunities. Together, these three clubs form Superbrain, a powerhouse of professional development and networking.
The brief for the Superbrain Clubhouse was ambitious and multifaceted. Superbrain sought to create a versatile, high-end space that caters to the diverse needs of its professional networks. The clubhouse needed to serve multiple functions, including hosting events, meetings, and relaxation areas. It was essential that the design reflected the organization’s innovative spirit and prestigious status, creating an environment that is both functional and visually striking. Following our successful collaboration with CEO Clubs Greece on their clubhouse, Superbrain aimed to create a unique space where members could feel at home and engage in professional activities as well as networking events.
The final result of the Superbrain Clubhouse project is a testament to thoughtful design and meticulous execution. The space is dynamic and flexible, capable of adapting to various needs while maintaining a consistent and elegant aesthetic. Advanced technologies like the NatureConnect system by Signify provide customizable natural lighting, enhancing user comfort and productivity.
The clubhouse’s design seamlessly integrates social and professional elements, creating a balanced environment that fosters interaction and collaboration. The use of high-quality materials and carefully chosen furnishings reflects the prestigious nature of the Superbrain organization.
From the welcoming reception and bar area to the serene and vibrant terrace, every aspect of the clubhouse is designed with the user in mind. The meeting rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and offer privacy without sacrificing openness. The events and workshop areas are versatile and engaging, supporting a wide range of activities and fostering a sense of community among members.
Attention to detail in design elements creates an environment that is both elegant and functional. Key features include the use of curved and linear elements to balance social and professional areas, handpicked furniture, and high-quality materials such as white onyx surfaces that enhance the overall aesthetic. This exclusive and elegant atmosphere underscores the prestigious nature of the Superbrain organization.
Finally, the design prioritizes user experience with ample natural lighting, sound-absorbing surfaces, and a state-of-the-art building management system (BMS) that controls lighting, shading, sound, and HVAC. This ensures a comfortable and engaging environment for all users, making the Clubhouse a preferred venue for both professional and social events.
