Redefining the chain’s success.

Kafkas, the leading Greek chain of electrical equipment and energy solutions, needed a new concept that would ensure further success, stress a clear positioning and differentiation, and enhance customer experience.

The project

STIRIXIS Group redefined Kafkas’ brand identity, and crafted a completed rebranding strategy and market positioning analysis to reflect its vision of becoming the undoubted market leader and enhancing its status from a product retailer to a complete solution provider, a true expert.

The vision of Kafkas being the top specialist in integrated technology solutions, set the main axes for the project’s next stages; design of the operations, the new concept store, customer service, and customer experience.

Our concept strategy and design created holistic answers for complex challenges such as the proper display of a very wide product mix and services, store functionality, and multi-segment customer journey.  At the same time, we successfully incorporated technology and redesigned in a most effective way the communication to reflect the brand’s positioning in-store.

The new retail concept offers a unique experience to visitors, leading to higher customer turnover, longer store exploration and better results.  All these are based on an impressive environment with an innovative active customer service and a radically changed customer flow. The circular service booths enhance collaboration and personalized service, and the new flow increases retail space by turning storage into retail area. The new concept offers easier and more efficient customer journey, increased customer engagement and maximum retail area, driving sales higher.
