In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, our client introduced a “Work from Anywhere” model, reflecting their dedication to innovation, growth, and sustainability. This new working approach required transforming the traditional office into a hub that attracts talent and promotes engagement, productivity, and a sense of belonging.
The design needed to incorporate a plug-and-play infrastructure and hot-desking, streamlining the space while maximizing efficiency. Previously, the company occupied two buildings, each with multiple floors. With the shift to hybrid work, the client consolidated its operations into a single building of 10,000m².
This consolidation demanded a workplace strategy that enhanced collaboration and flexibility.
Our client’s new headquarters mirror a pivotal shift in the company’s workplace culture, reflecting a transformative approach that reimagines how employees interact and collaborate.
This innovative space was designed to embody the company’s corporate goals and values while facilitating a seamless transition to the future of work. The workplace prioritizes convenience and flexibility, with strategically located social corners, collaborative hubs, and focused work zones. Employees can easily transition between these zones depending on their needs, fostering an environment where collaboration and productivity thrive. This versatile setup encourages seamless interaction, allowing staff to work more effectively and enabling them to effortlessly shift between tasks.
Collaboration is a core aspect of the new design, with open-plan workspaces and private offices strategically positioned to accommodate different work styles. On every floor except the 7th, emphasis on collaboration extends to mentorship and social areas that provide spaces for casual interactions and spontaneous brainstorming sessions. Moreover, private offices on the 7th floor create a truly focus-enhancing environment, as the natural light has been effectively utilized and ergonomic, comfortable furniture makes long sitting hours more manageable.
The layout also encourages privacy, with soundproofing elements that minimize distractions. Additionally, the offices are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, ensuring seamless connectivity and efficiency for all business operations. Modular workstations, video conferencing rooms, and interactive digital platforms ensure smooth connectivity between in-office and remote employees.
Sustainable practices were integrated into the design according to BREEAM standards, and we are in the process of acquiring a BREEAM Certification grade ‘Excellent’. The new headquarters offer a rewarding user experience by prioritizing a welcoming atmosphere, a consistent brand image and a focus on positive, connected experiences.
