E-Distribuție by Enel: Step into a new workplace era for our client!
In today’s fast-paced and ever-changing business world, the office isn’t just a physical space but a strategic asset. Our recent collaboration for Enel’s E-Distribuție workplace in Bucharest takes this concept to new heights.
The client
E-Distribuție Muntenia is one of the three sub-companies within the Enel Group in Romania, whose activity is the distribution of electricity. Enel Group is a multinational energy corporation with operations in over 30 countries worldwide. The company has established itself as a leader in the energy sector, focusing on renewable resources and sustainability. With a commitment to innovation and clean energy solutions, Enel has become synonymous with responsible energy management and is a go-to choice for millions of consumers and businesses alike. The three distribution companies adhere to the group’s Open Power philosophy and innovative working styles such as agile methodology. Their priority is digitization and the creation of smart networks (smart grid) resilient – which become functional in the shortest possible time.
The project.
One of E-Distribuție’s challenges was designing an office in Romania so alluring that it entices employees back into the workspace. The company’s goal was to further strengthen the resilience of their teams and create a space where collaboration, innovation and culture could flourish.
Our team listened to our clients needs, explored their identity and transformed E-Distribuție’s new headquarters into a hub where culture is strengthened, ideas are unlimited and connections form effortlessly.
The space we delivered is a harmonious blend of warmth, energy and functionality, intricately tailored to cater to diverse workplace needs. Wooden floors and tailored carpet design bring a sense of homey comfort, while bold colours bring energy to the space. Around the space, you find areas dedicated to various tasks— insertions of corners with sound absorbing materials to take private calls, collaborative spaces for team brainstorming, and meeting points for impromptu gatherings. Furthermore, we incorporated a series of quotes around the space, all prefaced by “Open energy”, the identity of transparency that the company relies on (e.g. “Open energy to new technologies”, “Open energy to more people” and “Open energy to new partnerships”). These quotes serve as daily reminders of Enel’s and E-Distribuție’s mission to make an impact on our community by creating a new, sustainable energy era. They speak to the brand’s open-mindedness on how to achieve their mission and fulfill this purpose.
Color plays a significant role in this transformation: We carefully combined the color palette to energize and boost employee mood, productivity, and creativity, and create a fresh and attractive ambience. This palette also serves as a reflection of the brand’s dynamism and turns this value into a daily experience for team members.
The result is an office space that is not just functional but emotionally resonant, contributing to employee well-being and engagement. It is a project that stands as a testament to what can be achieved when a strategic vision aligns flawlessly with expert execution.
