Schneider Electric Hellas wanted to create a fresh environment with the following goals: to communicate the brand’s identity, as well as the company’s innovative character and prestige; to support the team’s well-being; to strengthen their engagement; to boost team work and collaboration. 

After a thorough analysis of the client’s needs, a strategic and human-centred logic which takes in account all modern HR and FM trends was laid out for the design of the new offices. The main design principles utilize the foundations of WELL™ ; help create a safer, healthier and more sustainable environment for the people of SE. Additionally, the design successfully addresses the needs of building inspiring spaces to work, providing “hybrid” and flexible spaces within the open–plan, supporting the employee’s changing needs throughout the workday, while also fostering creativity through the office design. Cutting edge technology was integrated and the latest materials were incorporated in all designs.

The open space at the centre hosts the majority of the employees while, the office floor is enriched with scattered common areas such as meeting rooms, phone-booths, brainstorm and lounge area, meeting stations; all designed to harmonically accommodate different work styles, such as focus, learning, social and collaborative.  Furthermore, the canteen area allows for informal meetings, where people can interact, and exchange ideas in a playful, clean, and cosy environment. 

The look & feel of the concept is welcoming, modern with minimal lines and an elegant style. The welcoming feeling is enhanced through the selection of the materials, the carpets and floorings that create a warm outcome and give a sense of elegance and calmness in the environment, while the environmental graphics create a refined but vibrant result.
