Presenting the case of Mister Baker’s project in ACEF 2018.

On 14th of June the gathered audience that visited “Ktima” Ariadni had the unique chance to enjoy the ATHENS Customer Experience Festival (ACEF) of 2018 and get inspired by some unique and interactive speeches and sessions.

The audience of this year’s event had the opportunity to see the results of the first months of implementation of the transformation of Mister Baker chain of pastry stores in United Arab Emirates. CX and a holistic new strategic approach were the main vehicles of the new brand strategy. Maryam Khorakiwala, the Retail Director of SWITZ Group, and Alexander Athanassoulas, President and CEO of STIRIXIS Group, joined their forces and discussed the impact of CX design on the overall business operations and planning, while presenting to the audience important results gathered from Mister Baker’s new approach.
