Designing your Customer Journeys

On Wednesday November 22nd, STIRIXIS Group attended the special event organized by the International CEO Club that took place at the Divani Hotel in Athens, Greece. The title of the event was “Designing your Customer Journeys”, and covered a plethora of issues surrounding the designing of unique experiences for every guest that enters a business. Focusing especially on the importance of the data-driven economy and the proper use of the information collected, in the creation of 360-degree view of the customer profile, the speakers of the event presented novel ways for extracting the necessary data but also how to proceed designing human-centred customer journeys.

Every presentation was followed by a Q&A session, open to all attendees, followed by a special panel comprised of experts and leaders in their respective industries, who discussed and analyzed the findings shared at the event.
